We are searching for a Desktop Support Team Lead to support and manage a busy team of 4 support analysts as well as provide desktop support when needed
Responsibilities
Assist the team in working through roughly 200 technical tickets a day
Act as a point of escalation for technical problems
Organise the teams workload
Mentor and guide more junior team members
Essential Skills
SCCM knowledge
Extensive Active Directory knowledge
Expert level in Windows O/S structure, troubleshooting, diagnostics
Previously acted in a lead position
