eCommerce Content and Service Manager

We are searching for an eCommerce and Service Manager to lead the activation of site products through a combination of detailed analysis and the creation of engaging web content. It will be up to you to coordinate and deliver SEO rich content paired with localised user experience, this will be achieved by working and building successful relationships with a number of external partners who are focused on maintaining an exceptionally high level of customer service to a global audience.  

You will be responsible for working closely with the eCommerce Trading Manager to maintain international store fronts which will require the prioritisation of product merchandising and promotional content in order to create a consistent customer experience. Another key responsibility will be to maintain product catalogues and category hierarchy to make sure all SKU's are merchandised within their correct categories. Another one of your responsibilities will be to work with international translators to ensure global offerings are up to date and delivered in line with trading and promotional calendars.

 

Essential Skills 

  • Proven, hands on experience of eCommerce site merchandising and reporting.
  • Detailed understanding of CMS platforms
  • Experience of managing localised content.
