We are on the lookout for an ERP Test Manager to lead the testing phase of a significant ERP project upgrade. The successful candidate will oversee the testing of an upgrade from Infor M3 version 13.2 to 13.4, focusing on the technical upgrade aspects. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring successful testing and deployment of the upgraded system

Responsibilities

Lead the testing phase for a major Infor M3 ERP upgrade project (version 13.2 to 13.4, technical upgrade)

Manage the testing of main functional areas, including Finance, materials management, manufacturing, and supply chain

Coordinate and manage resources for testing activities, including both internal and external team members

Oversee workshops and collaborative sessions to gather testing requirements and ensure alignment across different parties

Collaborate with the PMO to develop and manage project timelines, ensuring testing activities are well-integrated into the overall project plan

Utilise existing test governance and strategy, and contribute to refining and enhancing them as needed

Collaborate with third-party vendors for build and configuration aspects, ensuring alignment with testing requirements

Direct the setup and configuration of multiple third-party test environments to support various streams of work

Update project and test plans to reflect changes in testing requirements, timelines, and deliverables

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from testing to cutover planning

Essential Skills

Previously acted as a Test Manager on an ERP project

Strong understanding of ERP 

Must have eligibility work in the UK and to travel to Europe
