We are on the lookout for a Financial & Implementation Support Analyst to help our client deliver the best possible solutions for their customers

 

Responsibilities 

Provide implementation support across complex projects and issues covering testing, training, go live planning, on-going support & issue resolution

Manage resolution and feedback during priority incidents

Provide documentation to support implementations

Analyse issues, replicate within test environments

Progress the testing and delivery of software fixes

 

Essential Skills 

Comprehensive knowledge of implementing and supporting finance applications including the setup and configuration

Ability to understand accounting terminology and apply this to system processes
