Our client is seeking a Global Head of IT Support to lead their worldwide support function. With 4 direct reports and 28 in a matrix structure, you’ll be responsible for driving service delivery, improving processes, and ensuring consistent support globally, with a focus on strengthening Spain.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global IT support team
- Oversee ITIL/ITSM processes (incident, change, problem, release)
- Set and monitor SLAs/KPIs
- Manage budgets and resources
Essential Skills
- Proven experience leading global IT service/support teams
- Strong ITIL/ITSM expertise
- Track record of process improvement and automation
- Experience managing multi-region teams
