We are looking for a Senior Helpdesk Support contractor to deal with 1st/2nd line support issues

Responsibilities 

Supporting the following technologies to a 1st/2nd line Level:

PC Hardware and Windows operating systems (Win 7 and Win 10)

Deployment and configuration of PCs

Microsoft Office applications

Windows Active Directory user and group administration

Workspace One UEM (AirWatch) MDM and Samsung Phone administration

 

Essential Skills 

1st/2nd line support experience

Active Directory and MS Outlook knowledge
