We are looking for a self motivated Helpdesk Analyst to join an ambitious and supportive team who provide a 24/7 support service for an industry leading company. The role will see you offering support to a large user base who work with a mixture of cutting edge technologies and established legacy systems. There will be a shift working element to the role and you will need to ensure that you are providing an exceptionally high level of customer service in an efficient and accurate manner.

You will be acting as the the initial point of contact on the helpdesk resolving technical issues where you can then making sure that any issues that need to be escalated to the 2nd/3rd line teams is done so efficiently and then logged accurately. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with 3rd party vendors to make sure that they are resolving any on site issues to the agreed standards. The tasks that you will be undertaking will be vary from the continuous maintenance of team documentation and support guides all the way through to technical builds for laptops and desktops.
