We are seeking an experienced HR & Organisation Design Manager to join our client on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Leading a team of 12, you will oversee all HR operations while working closely with the Organisation Design Manager to deliver workforce planning, organisational change, and cultural development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HR team
- Support organisational design and change initiatives
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and resourcing
- Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance
- Deliver workforce data, reporting, and analytics
- Handle employee relations cases and engagement strategies
Essential Skills
- HR leadership experience at manager level or above
- Knowledge of workforce planning, OD, and change management
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance
- Experience with HR data, reporting, and analytics
