ICT Service Desk Technician

We are looking for a 1st Line ICT Technician to work as part of the Service Desk and IT Support team to support company employees in their use of the business IT systems

 

Responsibilities

Provide effective ICT support across all business users both onsite and remotely

Ensure that all incidents are handled efficiently within agreed SLA's

Work with customers and internal teams to ensure operational and service excellence is delivered and maintained

Support and maintain Office 365 applications

Escalate ICT issues outside the technical parameters of 1st Line support capabilities to the appropriate support teams

Provide exceptional customer service to all business users via phone, email & walk-ins

 

Essential Skills 

Minimum of 1 years’ Service Desk experience

Active Directory knowledge

Experience using Office 365 applications
