Infrastructure Support - Citrix Specialist

We are on the lookout for a Citrix Specialist to take responsibility for the 2nd / 3rd line technical support of our client's Citrix Infrastructure; resolving issues and requests, raising and resolving problems and implementing small change.
Responsibilities
Accepting, prioritising and resolving incidents within agreed SLA
Problem management
Support Service Desk engineers in resolving complex issues
Provide mentoring to Service Desk engineers
Provide project support to the IT Architecture teams as required
Participate in the delivery of the Infrastructure roadmap
Essential Skills
Detailed working knowledge of Citrix infrastructure including XenApp 7, Netscaler and PVS imaging
Understanding of MDT and application packaging/scripting
Working knowledge of Powershell
Understanding of Ivanti environment manager/AppSense
Understanding Server Virtualisation, preferably VMware
In depth experience of current Windows Server and Desktop operating systems and Group Policy
