IT Applications Support and Operations Lead

We are looking for an IT Applications Support and Operations Lead to be responsible for leading, managing and delivering critical IT Application Services for our client's UK business
Responsibilities
Support and manage the core application stack, including ERP – K8 (Sales, Inventory, Finance, Operations, WMS), CRM – Salesforce, and VRS – Descartes, Glympse, DVSC, Mobilelink
Oversee integration platform services, including IpaaS – Snaplogic, and support web services, websites, and Ecommerce business systems
Manage additional and distributed ERP systems, as well as HR and Finance Application services
Drive improvement in customer service, customer engagement, and partner/supplier alignment for IT run application services across the UK business
Ensure continuous availability, capacity, and service improvement through technical leadership of the applications support and operations team across a broad estate of application services and architecture
Take responsibility for the availability, assurance, stability, and performance of production application and integration services
Manage and monitor vendor technical responses and performance relating to work on production application instances, and oversee value and relationship management
Lead and guide teams in the design and delivery of high-quality IT Operations working standards
Drive quality and service delivery of IT managed application services across the function and department
Essential Skills
Extensive experience in a similar role within an IT organisation
Understanding of Application Architecture and Common Technology frameworks
Broad ERP System exposure and support history
Core skills and familiarity with Linux/Apache System environments
Technical understanding and familiarity with General Database Technologies
Application Performance Management experience
