IT Desktop Support Manager

We are searching for a Desktop Support Manager to oversee the desktop support function and ensure it performs to high standards against OLA's/SLA’s

 

Responsibilities 

Plan and prioritise the work that comes into the Desktop Support ticket queue

Build strong relationships with third party suppliers

Incident, trend, problem, escalation and major incident management

Keep company security at the forefront of all you do

Ensure Desktop related projects are delivered to a high standard and on time

 

Essential Skills 

Strong Experience working with Client Management and MDM tools especially SCCM and InTune

Knowledge of the Modern Desktop M365 stack, O365, OneDrive for business and Teams

Strong in ITSM, familiar working to an ITIL framework to manage the lifecycle of tickets

Experience using Windows 10 and administering it through group policy

Understanding of networking fundamentals LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN and Proxies
