We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst with a passion for offering exceptional customer service to provide end user service desk support for a global user base. This will be a demanding but rewarding role that will require you to deal with user issues coming in via phone calls and email. You will act as the first port of call for users making sure that they are kept up to date with the progress of their support issues.
Your responsibilities will be broad in their remit and will include making sure that Service Desk tickets have sufficient details for processing and then escalating them to the relevant support teams if you cannot rectify them yourself. You'll also be a key part of systems maintenance, carrying out regular systems updates and installing new software on user machines. Finally you will conduct end user training for any new initiatives led by the service desk that will require you to liaise with international users and deliver training remotely when needed.
- Commercial IT support experience.
- Basic knowledge of mail filtering products.
