We are searching for a IT Project Manager who will play a key role in delivering a range of impactful, business-wide projects for our client. Projects include the rollout of a route planning system, a new customer app, and AI-driven automation to replace manual processes. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, working closely with the board and both internal and external development teams. You’ll also take on some Business Analyst responsibilities, wearing multiple hats to ensure delivery success.

Responsibilities

- Deliver business and technical projects from concept to completion

- Liaise with board and dev teams to define scope and timelines

- Support delivery of internal and customer-facing systems

- Use Agile practices to manage project workflows

- Perform business analysis to identify improvements

- Lead initiatives that boost efficiency and revenue

Essential Skills

- Proven track record with Agile, technical projects

- Strong communicator with board-level stakeholder experience

- Skilled at managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
