We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our support team and ensure IT services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and with a strong customer focus. You’ll drive service excellence, process improvement, and alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the IT Service Delivery team
- Manage key IT service processes (incident, problem, request, asset, licensing)
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain the IT Service Catalogue and clear service communications
- Ensure service continuity for critical systems
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in IT service delivery or service desk management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of ITIL/service management processes
