IT Service Desk Analyst

We're looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional end-user support ensuring issues received via telephone, email and service desk tickets are dealt with promptly and to the end-users’ satisfaction

 

Responsibilities 

Ensure that Service Desk tickets are sufficiently detailed for processing

Create, participate in and deliver regular end-user training

Install, upgrade and maintain IT hardware, software and systems

Help ensure Group IT policy is promoted and adhered to

 

Essential Skills 

Experience in supporting Windows Server, MS Exchange, Active Directory & MS Office
