IT Support Analyst

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Analyst to support our client's IT Department and their external support teams through the resolution of technical and operational problems 

 

Responsibilities 

Investigate and troubleshoot problems in systems, processes, and services

Trend recurring incidents and provide suitable long-term solutions

Work with the business to proactively look for improvement areas as part of continuous improvement process

Work closely with other technical teams in relation to incidents, capacity management and service improvements

 

Essential Skills

2+ years within an application support role

Competent in Office 365, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

Experience with CRM Systems, O365/D365 Admin

Experience of supporting customers remotely
