IT Support Analyst

We are searching for an IT Support Analyst to provide IT support for the hardware, software and system environments which keep our client's services running. You'll provide a single point of contact for the support office and external sites
Responsibilities
Provide first line support for IT issues, complete initial investigation and possible diagnosis of ‘local’ IT issues
Provide second line support for more complex issues and resolution of problems
Escalate issues to vendor or 3rd line, or infosec where appropriate
Provide on-site and remote support to end users within SLA levels
Order and track delivery of new hardware for Clinical Services and Support Office users as requested
Maintain hardware inventory/ Asset register
Order and track delivery of new mobile devices
Support desktop telephony issues and queries. Liaising with 3rd parties as needed
Set up e-mail accounts, distribution lists and Office 365 groups and Teams
Record all support activity in the ticketing system
Provide IT support and training for new starters
Provide support for strategic and tactical IT projects
Essential Skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS 10/11
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Apps
Understanding of hardware setup/installation of laptops, desktops, mobiles, and tablets
Software installation skills
Experience of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies
