IT Support Analyst

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to play a key role in providing initial support to our client's business, from the call centre to VIP staff, ensuring smooth IT operations
Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for IT support requests across all business units
Provide support for Microsoft products and services, including Office 365, Windows 10, and other Microsoft technologies
Assist in the support and maintenance of web services and related infrastructure
Collaborate with the Senior Engineer on escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution
Participate in the delivery of IT projects, contributing to both planning and execution phases
Champion the continuous improvement of endpoints, working to reduce the frequency of user errors requiring support
Maintain a high standard of customer service when dealing with users, from call centre staff to senior executives
Essential Skills
An interest in Endpoint application & desktop user support
Knowledge of Entra Administration
Previous experience with Windows domain environments
