IT Support Analyst

We are searching for an IT Support Analyst to provide high-quality technical support across both 1st and 2nd line issues. This role will involve managing and resolving support tickets, responding to email queries, and providing desk-side/in-person assistance.
Responsibilities
- Handle password resets, user onboarding, and general IT support queries
- Escalate complex issues to the wider IT team when necessary
- Support and maintain Windows-based servers, desktops, and hardware
- Administer and troubleshoot the Microsoft 365 suite, including user management
Essential Skills
- Experience using an IT ticketing system
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, including servers and hardware
- Hands-on experience with mobile devices, particularly iOS (iPhones and iPads)
