IT Support Engineer

We are searching for an IT Support Specialist to work on 1st and 2nd line tickets, as well as collaborating with 3rd-party support and the IT Support Team Leader to escalate issues where required
Responsibilities
Take ownership of 1st and 2nd line support on all software, hardware, telephony and general infrastructure
Ensure the timely resolution of requests in line with Service Level Agreements
Administer Active Directory / Office 365 / Telephone systems as required
Assist the IT Support Team Leader with stock management to ensure equipment is always accounted for
Update IT policies and documentation
Essential Skills
Proven experience working in an IT helpdesk environment, including 1st and 2nd line support
Experience in using a ticketing system
