IT Support Technician

We are searching for an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on, first-line support to end users across the UK, primarily based at our client’s London head office. This role involves VIP support, management of IT assets, and ensuring seamless operation of meeting room technologies, while working closely with the Global IT team.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote support for end users, with a focus on VIP support and meeting room technologies
- Monitor and manage incidents via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
- Support and maintain devices and users in Intune, Active Directory, and asset systems
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote best practices for IT support and video conferencing
- Assist with hardware procurement, configuration, and vendor coordination
- Participate in IT projects and ensure compliance with IT standards
Essential Skills
- Strong customer service skills, especially in high-pressure VIP environments
- Proficient in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ServiceNow
- Confident supporting AV and video conferencing tools (ideally Microsoft Teams Rooms)
- ITIL certification is desirable
