Responsibilities
Learn from senior team members to improve your technical skills
Offer an excellent level of customer service to end users
Manage your own workload to ensure tasks are completed to the agreed timelines
Perform customer reporting tasks
Conduct network health checks and cyber security tasks
Essential Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft 356 products
Experience of Microsoft desktop and server products
VoIP & telephony skills
