Junior ERP & IT Support Technician

We are on the lookout for a Junior ERP & IT Support Technician to build a career within Business Central and Dynamics NAV by offering support and ensuring service delivery meets/exceeds customer expectations and KPI's

 

Responsibilities 

1st line support of D365 Business Central and CRM - progressing up to 3rd line once you have been trained to do so

Gain an understanding of the ERP and CRM System’s and to support local issues

Work within the IT team to ensure that the company IT Service Delivery meets and exceeds customer expectation

Take ownership and accountability for support tasks assigned to you as an individual, from initial request through to conclusion

Actively record, report and raise incidents and problem tickets where applicable

 

Essential Skills

Experience working within an IT service desk environment

Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Flexible to support out of hours IT problems that may occur from time to time
