We are searching for a Lead Data Engineer to deliver a greenfield Microsoft Fabric platform, replacing legacy systems and static reporting with a modern, scalable solution. You'll lead a small team and be hands-on across data pipelines, semantic models, and reporting.

Responsibilities

- Lead delivery of a new Microsoft Fabric data platform

- Retire legacy systems and static reports

- Build modern pipelines, semantic models, and Power BI reports

- Implement Medallion architecture best practices

- Lead and mentor a team of two analysts

Essential Skills

- Proven experience leading data projects and teams

- Strong SQL Server and SSIS skills

- Experience building Microsoft Data Warehouses

- Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric and Medallion architecture
