We are searching for an Organisational Design Consultant to assist with a transformation of our client's fundraising department to help structure their teams

Responsibilities

Collaborate with key experts to develop high-level design options, choices, and trade-offs based on design principles and must-dos

Refine design options into a recommendation for the high-level design

Work with HR and Marketing experts to understand the detailed implementation implications

Support HR and Marketing experts to ensure that the detailed implementation plan and approach aligns with the agreed-upon sentiment at sign-off

Essential Skills 

Previously delivered organisational design of a company directorate

Understanding of organisations that rely on mass marketing for funds
