Perforce Support Engineer

We are seeking a Perforce Support Engineer to provide support for our client's business-critical Perforce system. You will be the first point of contact for support of Perforce and will be responsible for resolving as many issues as possible, escalating those that cannot be fixed.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for Perforce, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
Work with the ticketing portal to manage and track support requests
Escalate issues to internal teams or Perforce when required
Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues
Liaise with external contractors and vendors when required
Monitor and manage the Perforce system to ensure high availability and performance
Undertake project work as required, leveraging expertise and skills where appropriate
