We are searching for a motivated Process Analyst to sit within our client's PMO team with a primary focus on ERP and digital programmes. The aim is to drive and increase customer satisfaction, champion sustainable/low cost initiatives, increase service reliability and improve the quality/compliance of the digital services. TO achieve this you will need to use your exceptional interpersonal skills to build important relationships across the organisation and turn complex data in to understandable insights that will act as the catalyst for change within the business.
You will be responsible for the identification of process inconsistencies through the understanding of process performance gaps which will lead on to working with internal and external teams to deliver these improvements. You'll also need to develop a deep understanding of the operational side to the business in order to support the mapping of existing process and the design of to be process to BPMN standards to enhance customer experience and deliver other business benefits. Finally you will need to gather and analyse data from both internal and external sources to formulate and test hypotheses, summarise learning points and put forward action plans to transform ideas into results.
- Demonstrable experience of improving/implementing new processes for a large organisation.
- Experience of working with process optimisation technologies.
- Understanding of ERP.
- Must be happy to travel across Europe once restrictions are lifted.
