Process Specialist

Do you want the opportunity to define the processes on our client's largest ever programme of work? Shaping the way the business will operate for years to come. 

We are looking for an extremely capable and adaptable process specialist to assist a client of ours as they move away from a number of old legacy systems over to Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM. They project is in full swing and they are now looking for a Process Specialist to help them understand where improvements and efficiencies can be made. The programme covers 45 work-streams plus other change agenda projects but your main focus will be on the procurement/supply chain area of the programme. The client is at the design phase of the programme and expects to go live with the finance/procurement release late 2020 or early 2021.

you'll be sitting in on workshops to help with a deep dive in to business process and fact finding to create a common design. Outside of the workshops you will be preparing process notes and maps, working with the business looking at processes that have already been developed and highlighting any gaps or opportunities. Your role is to pave the way in the programme for improvement opportunities and looking at how they can enhance and improve the out of the box solution they are implementing.

Essential Skills 

  • 2-5 years experience providing process support for improvements
  • Experience with “as is” and “to be” process models 
  • Extensive MS Visio
  • Prince 2 Qualified
