We are looking for a Product Owner to be responsible for overseeing end-to-end service, identifying areas for improvement from the customer's perspective, and working closely with a cross-functional team to develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for a new product

Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end service product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business strategy and operational effectiveness

Engage with key stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to understand and refine improvement opportunities

Collaborate with colleagues and third-party suppliers to ensure the accurate and high-quality delivery of the roadmap

Champion customer experience excellence by developing an in-depth understanding of customer feedback across all channels

Report on customer feedback and drive initiatives to improve the overall customer experience

Conduct thorough analysis of key performance indicators, with a specific focus on contact centre usage, conversion rates, and costs of sale related to the customer experience

Essential Skills 

Demonstrable experience of working in a modern agile Product Manager role and managing a consumer product

Experience developing a deep understanding of customer needs and translating into clear product requirements

Experience developing and prioritising a product backlog and driving delivery of the product roadmap

Data-driven and performance mindset
