Project Support Administrator

We are on the lookout for a Project Support Administrator to support our client's Project Managers and the Programme Manager with admin support tasks with the possibility of progressing into a Project Management career
Responsibilities
Own, manage and maintain project delivery collateral and templates, ensuring collateral is being consistently used across the team
Manage project set up tasks, including invoicing and forecasting schedules
Support the financial reconciliation processes including month end and financial audit administration activity
Providing day to day project management support
Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of projects
Ensure the PMO Project Delivery Framework is maintained
Work with colleagues to implement process improvements to make things better for customers and colleagues
Essential Skills
Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritising skills
Strong administrative experience
Ability to identify problems and solutions, helping to make decisions and take appropriate action to resolve
