Sales Operations Executive

Do you want to join an organisation at an exciting time as they centralise their sales function?
We are looking for a driven Sales Operations Executive to become part of a newly formed customer support & sales operations team. Our client has created this function so that they can locally manage and execute their own sales operations for the first time. Your role will be highly visible and customer facing and will require you to effectively manage relationships with customers, international distributors and 3rd party logistics providers with the aim of raising the overall billings of the organisation.
You will be responsible for reviewing customer quotes for pricing and product availability ensuring correct information has been communicated back to the customer and backlog reports are created and communicated back to the business. You'll also be required to liaise with the UK planning team to report weekly and update on product shortages alongside managing special promotions, ensuring that the agreed sales offers are correct at the time of order entry.
- Previous Sales Operations and Order Processing experience.
- Experience working with an ERP system.
