We are on the lookout for an SAP MM Consultant to join our client to provide support and guidance in the area of Master Data for Vendors and Materials. You will be responsible for interfacing external systems, managing PO data, and ensuring the seamless integration of vendor master data with external solutions

Responsibilities

Interface external systems and integrate PO data to ensure smooth data exchange and system interoperability

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and create comprehensive requirement documentation

Develop functional requirements for data, considering the specific needs of the organisation

Analyse Materials Life Management processes to identify areas of improvement and ensure proper usage of materials

Provide support and expertise in SAP MM configuration, although this will be limited in this role

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver functional specifications for system enhancements

Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes related to sub-contracting, inter-company trading, production, and master data management

Maintain a good understanding of manufacturing processes in general, with a focus on SAP MM functionality

Essential Skills 

Previous consultancy and support experience with MM

Knowledge of ECC6

Good understanding Production and Master Data

Manufacturing sector experience
