We are searching for a Scrum Master to allow our client to see how using a scrum master will benefit their project delivery capabilities 

Responsibilities 

Work closely with programme managers to lead stand ups,

Track how work is progressing against the project plans

Build plans and run the Scrum team

Help encourage the business to use Scrum in the best way they can, but still be open to the hybrid model they have

Essential Skills 

Previously worked as a Scrum Master 

Strong understanding of electronics or semiconductors
