We are searching for a Senior Business Analyst to capture requirements for the marketing & supporter engagement stream of a wider transformation programme
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and structure around Business Analysis for the programme
Establish a best practice model for Business Analysis within the portfolio
Help to upskill more junior Business Analysts
Act as the lead Business Analyst on the marketing & supporter engagement workstream
Essential Skills
Previously worked on large transformation project as a Business Analyst
Experience of leading a team of BA's or established a Business Analysis function from scratch
