Senior Service Desk Analyst/Team Lead

We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Analyst/Team Lead to oversee a busy service desk that are experiencing an uptick in workload 

 

Responsibilities 

Triage support tickets and prioritize urgent fixes

Assign support tickets to the Service Desk Team

Troubleshoot and resolve more complex technical support issues that the more junior team members need help with

Escalate issues to management when required

 

Essential Skills 

Service Desk Team Leadership experience

Excellent technical troubleshooting skills (MS Technologies)
