Senior Service Desk Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Analyst who will be responsible for 2nd line technical desktop and application support for our client's head office and remote sites

 

Responsibilities 

Act as the technical escalation point for the service desk analysts

Take ownership of complex issues that can’t be resolved at first line

Support the following technical areas: AD management, software licencing, hardware management, email management

Create, communicate and agree service support processes and knowledgebase articles

 

Essential Skills  

2 years hands-on experience supporting IT services within a large organisation

Office 365 Administration

Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
