Service Delivery consultant

We are searching for a Service Delivery consultant who will play a key role in supporting the final stages of a two-year transformation. This role bridges internal IT and a third-party provider, handling technical escalations and contributing to project work as needed.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact between internal IT and third-party support
- Resolve complex on-site technical issues
- Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
- Support project delivery, including SaaS migrations and data centre decommissioning
- Communicate clearly with non-technical users
- Assist in improving IT support processes
Essential Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on IT support experience
- Service desk exposure and escalation management
- Experience working with third-party IT providers
- Ability to quickly grasp technical project requirements
- Clear communicator with non-technical stakeholders
- Familiar with the Microsoft stack (Windows, O365, AD, etc.)
