Service Desk Analyst

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to play a crucial role in providing exceptional IT support and customer service to our client's local and remote staff

 

Responsibilities

Triage all incoming tickets from various teams using the ticketing portal

Provide support to local and remote staff through various communication channels including the IT ticketing system, walk-up counter, Slack, desk-side support, and phone calls

Effectively manage ticket workload by promptly responding to customer inquiries, identifying and resolving blockers, and reporting to the manager

Support end-user applications, including Microsoft Office, SaaS solutions, and collaboration tools

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Windows and Mac desktop operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and hardware malfunctions

Manage user accounts and permissions following established processes and procedures

Assist with video conferencing, audio/video equipment, and phone system needs

Create and maintain comprehensive application and system documentation by regularly updating written procedures

 

Essential Skills 

2+ years of experience providing technical support in Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS environments in an enterprise environment
