If so then we might have the job for you. Our client is looking for a driven service desk analyst to provide 1st & 2nd line support to users across 5 different locations across UK. The main focus of the role will be troubleshooting a large application estate, escalating to relevant 3rd parties when needed.
The Structure of the service desk is changing to enable service desk analysts take control of their own workload which will enable them to get involved in a wide variety of project work alongside BAU Support. Some examples of upcoming projects include a mobile provider migration, an O365 rollout and the upgrade from Skype for Business to MS Teams.
1st/2nd line support experience with the following technologies
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
