We are looking for an eager 1st line service desk analyst to asses and direct customer queries and look after technical queries for the service operations team. This role will give you the opportunity to understand how service providers operate and also build up a comprehensive knowledge of data centres. Supporting the service operations team will be your main focus in order to help them drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.
You'll be responsible for the pro-active monitoring of systems, service status and hardware. You will also receive, own and direct first line/second line customer queries for Service Operations. Another part of the role will be to manage, prioritise and respond promptly to assigned Incidents, demonstrating and performing effective Incident Management disciplines.
- Demonstrable technical ability
- Willingness to provide a high level of customer service
- Happy to work some night shifts
