Service Desk Analyst

We are on the lookout for a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing support team to offer 1st/2nd line support across the entirety of client's organisation
Provide excellent Customer service via telephone, email and in person
log incidents/requests that are issued to the service desk
Provide 1st/2nd line IT hardware support for head office
Offer IT systems and software support for remote sites/teams
Basic 1st line skills in O365
Previous experience of setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/notebook hardware and software.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and related network services
Up to £24,000 pa.
