Service Desk Analyst

We are searching for a Service Desk Analyst to support a large base of UK based users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and keeping users informed of resolution progress 

 

Responsibilities 

Provide support and feedback to the IT Trainers and the Service Desk Manager

Set up and maintain all PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and meeting room equipment

Ensure weekly IT checklists are conducted and findings recorded and reported

Oversee IT equipment loans, including checking out kit and chasing non-returned items

Ensure all cabling is well maintained, safe and secured

Suggest improvements and bring innovative ideas to the team

 

Essential Skills 

A good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft networks

Experience of supporting Citrix environments

Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10
