We are searching for a Service Desk Analyst to assist our client, who are going through a period of change, in resolving outstanding tickets and work on project tasks relating to an office move
Responsibilities
Resolve outstanding tickets and issues related to Active Directory user set up and removal, laptop setup, Azure AD, Windows support, OneDrive, Teams, and MDM
Provide face-to-face support at the service desk and assist with walk-up queries
Work on project tasks related to the office move, including decommissioning items to be moved
Work collaboratively with a small team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues
Provide exceptional customer service and communication to all stakeholders
Essential Skills
Office 365 support experience
Good working knowledge of Active directory
Understanding of Azure AD
