Service Desk Lead

We are on the lookout for a Service Desk Lead to support our client's user base with problem resolution and equipment deployment to both internal and external stakeholders

 

Responsibilities 

Offer support both desk side and working remotely fixing and deploying desktops, laptops, mobiles, video conferencing and telephony

Look at new solutions, how they can support colleagues and offer new ways of working

Develop the skills of other service desk members

Ensure KPI’s are relevant and exceeded whilst promoting IT as a service

 

Essential Skills 

Experience of service desk management

System deployment and maintenance experience

Strong understanding of Office 365 administration and operations

Windows Server and Desktop operational and troubleshooting knowledge
