Do you want to shape the way the service desk is run for an ever expanding franchise?
We are searching for a Service Management Toolset Configurator to support, administer and develop our client's Zendesk Shared Services platform used by their service desk team. You will be taking ownership of the Zendesk platform and working collaboratively with the Service Delivery Manager to standardise and grow the use of the platform within the organisation.
You'll need to respond to, and execute day-to-day issues/queries raised by users whilst constantly monitoring the Zendesk environment to make sure it is running as efficiently as possible. You will also have to establish and maintain configuration backup and recovery policies and procedures including Disaster Recovery plans. Other tasks you will be asked to undertake will include workflow and automation configuration as well as assisting with incident management, service requests and problem management using ITIL framework.
Hands on experience with the following technologies:
- Java Script
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Visio
