Service Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Service Operations Analyst to provide essential support within our client’s Service Desk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality first and second line IT support in a Windows environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an excellent user experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle Service Desk tickets, password resets, and user queries
- Log requests, answer calls, and provide front-line support
- Set up laptops, carry out basic imaging, and manage licences
- Support hardware swaps and desk moves
Essential Skills
- Experience providing 1st/2nd Line IT support in a Windows environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Service Desk systems
