ServiceNow Administrator

We are on the lookout for a ServiceNow Administrator to join a small team who provide day-to-day support & development of the platform 

 

Responsibilities 

Act as the primary support contact, providing triage and identification of issues affecting the platform

Assist in the configuration of out of the box functionality alongside end-user demonstration and training

Prioritise and manage open support Incidents and Change tickets

Manage and support the roll-out of new modules, upgrades or enhancements on the ServiceNow platform

Test and evaluate new ServiceNow technologies

 

Essential Skills 

Experience of ITIL based processes

Experience of ServiceNow Administration, ideally with Certified ServiceNow Administrator certification

Experience of configuring and managing Service Catalogues and Catalogue Items including basic scripting and variable configuration

Experience of ServiceNow development and integrations
