ServiceNow Platform Lead

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Lead to drive adoption of ServiceNow beyond ITSM and HR into wider business functions, while exploring new capabilities such as AI. This role is both strategic and hands-on—leading a small international team, defining the platform roadmap, and overseeing daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, performance, and compliance.
- Manage configurations, integrations, workflows, and user access.
- Lead and mentor a small global ServiceNow team.
- Define roadmap and governance, driving adoption across functions.
- Deliver high-impact projects and partner with stakeholders worldwide.
Essential Skills
- Strong experience leading ServiceNow platforms (strategy + delivery).
- Background in ITSM and extending ServiceNow across business areas.
- Skilled in backlog management and addressing technical debt.
- Knowledge of AI within ServiceNow.
