Do you want a role that will push your architecture skills as well as your people management?

We are looking for a highly personable Solution Architect Team Lead to join our client as they are going through a period of sustained growth. This role will require you to balance the delivery of project work with the day to day management and allocation of people resource. The projects that you may work on include HR, system analysis, digital, reporting and analytics and you will be working across all domains on various projects and be the escalation point for the team on these projects.

You will be responsible for quickly building up a detailed understanding of our client's industry then lead the identification of potential solutions that are able to fulfil business requirements and make recommendations to the business based on architecture principles and guidelines. You'll also need to proactively manage the resourcing of projects to ensure that the team is working at capacity on initiatives that align to the client's commercial and technical strategy. Finally you will be acting as a mentor to more junior staff members by offering guidance and advice as well as reviewing their work and putting in place progression plans for them.


Essential Skills 

  • Recent "hands on" architecture experience. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate policy and business strategy.
  • The ability to produce, manipulate, implement or enhance architecture concepts/roadmaps/strategies.
  • Demonstrable team management and mentorship abilities.
