Support Engineer

We are on the lookout for a Support Engineer to help our client through an extremely busy period for their service desk 

 

Responsibilities 

Working through a backlog of support tickets

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues 

Keep users up to date with issue resolution 

Escalate more complex issues 

Assist with any project work that comes up 

 

Essential Skills 

Active Directory support

Basic networking experience

Experience supporting Citrix/Mobile technologies/O365 support/SCCM
